The Finance Division of the Finnish State Treasury is client-led, reliable and efficient, allowing our clients to focus on their own core functions.

Functions of Treasury Finance Division

• we administer the loans and interest subsidies granted from government funds (e.g. the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland, Tekes and loans of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) administrative sector
  
• administer certain state guarantee
  
• take care of will and inheritance affairs of people who have died with no heir
  
• handle issues related to government exemptions from payment
  
• administer central government debt, cash funds and financial assets (see separate Treasury Finland website)
