Kieku Programme has come to an end and the Kieku division has terminated its activities
On 1 January 2017, ownership and small-scale development of the Kieku system were transferred from Finland's State Treasury to Palkeet.
The Kieku solution includes shared financial and HR administration processes, a common Kieku system and a model for monitoring objects. The Kieku Programme has been an exceptionally large reform of central government operations.
Kieku deployments have been completed, and approximately 62,000 civil servants now use Kieku. The programme kicked-off in autumn 2008 and came to a conclusion at the end of 2016.
The Kieku division, which was responsible for the Kieku Programme at the State Treasury, also terminated its operations at the end of 2016.
